Every Country Road Apparel piece is printed to order in the USA. Because nothing sits in a warehouse, each order goes into production after you check out. Here's what to expect.
Production & delivery times

Times are estimates and can vary during holidays or high-demand drops.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't seen a shipping confirmation after 7 business days, reach out through our contact form and we'll check on it.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and shown before you pay. All payments and shipping totals are handled through our secure Stripe checkout.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the US and want a piece, contact us and we'll let you know whether we can help.
Wrong address or lost packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't reroute a package once it's produced and handed to the carrier. If a package is marked delivered but you can't find it, contact the carrier first, then reach out to us and we'll do what we can to help.
