Products & made-to-order nature

Our apparel is printed to order. Product photos are mockups; actual colors may vary slightly due to screens, dye lots, and garment blanks. Sizing follows the guide shown on the site.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, or refuse or cancel an order (for example, if an item is mispriced or unavailable). If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By submitting an order you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We do not store your full card details.

Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery timelines are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy. Because items are made to order, we replace damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items but cannot accept returns for size or change of mind.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, logos, and content on this site are owned by or licensed to Galka Farms LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. Accounts, orders, or access may be suspended for abuse.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Galka Farms LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
